would it be possible for somebody to create a mod that shows you the amount of time left until an individual ore vein respawns?

As far as I can tell, veins don't have individual respawn timers. I believe it's based on either total zone (or subzone) veins, then it randomly respawns one at the preset locations.

I've seen an ore respawn immediately, and occasionally there are two ore nodes on top of each other, so individual nodes don't have timers, sorry.
