did a mazzify? (/mazzify)

Cannot be as easy as it gets. Dunno if you are talking about the windows fonts, but I use the large one. You can choose that in the General Options.

Or you are using the wrong aspect ratio?

Why use icons when there are easy to use keybindings?

"O" = friendlist, gildlist etc.
"L" = nQuestlog
