I personally dont like using adblock, I want to support the free sites I visit. Then again I'm a bit biased as both my jobs are supported by ads. I work as an Electrical Engineer for a local NBC Affiliate as well.

Anyway I have reported the ad and it should be out of the rotation very soon. If you use the latest version of Firefox or IE it would have blocked the popup but understand not every one can run the latest versions.
