PLEASE HELP! chat scroll not working!!

I have no idea why my chat scroll just wont work! I checked ALL the UI websites (the big three) and none of them have any updates of the chatscroll mod. So I'm guessing everyone must have it working?

I then tried downloading the chatscroll mod from cosmos, and that didnt work either!! Please anyone else experiencing this?? I cannot find a way to fix it. I just want smouse scroll for chat!!! Not asking much!
