My mistake. I missed the bug report in the first poster's .jpg. I'm pretty sure that the error that you both show was handled in the fix file that DeTard has.

1) You should delete whatever you've downloaded and try another install.
or
2) Someone mentioned in another post that SmartBuff can cause issues when Mazzlefying. Try going to your addons screen, disabling SmartBuff and try to Mazzlefy again.

That's an error fixed in the patch, so you did not install correctly. Make sure you correctly follow the directions to install the the three downloads.

I did Mazzlefizz i did! And with all respect but i'm getting tired of this, i've posted many threads,replys and PMs but nobody haves an answer ready for me. I've tried everything your (great) tips, and the folder sizes are correct, Mazzles tips, and Sorcerous tips. But nothing works, i've even reinstalled World of Warcraft, but i keep getting the same problem. God, why me .
Maybe you could help me please?

Hey Stekker, we'll get you hooked up to Mazzle!

It certainly sounds like you've done the install correctly especially since the file sizes match up which verifies you've gotten all the addon files and the fix file. NOTE: If you've copied and pasted or created folders or tried to download and install other addons at the same time as installing MazzleUI, then you've made a mistake. Extract the files only to the WOW directory. Unless of course you're on a Mac then that's different and there's a sticky on this forum for Mac installations. And don't install any other addons until after you've been able to Mazzlefy.

Did you try and disable SmartBuff from your addon screen as suggested above? Funnily enough, last night I tried to Mazzlefy a new character on a different realm and it would not complete. Weird, considering a have 2 other realms of characters which Mazzlefied with no trouble. I disabled SmartBuff and it worked!
