Nameplate debuff addon

Hello!

I'm looking for an addon that adds player debuffs to nameplates (with their duration/stack count), but does nothing else.

I've been trying to add this functionality myself and checking existing addons for inspiration/help, but it's quite an elaborate feature and my time I have to spend on WoW is rather limited these days. I don't want to replace/rewrite my existing nameplates, which is why I'm looking for a standalone addon that I could perhaps include into my UI with author permission, or at least provide support for it.

Does anyone know of such an addon? I know some existing nameplate addons have it, but they come with a lot of other functions as well.
