Floating bars

Can anyone tell me the name of the new addon where you have chars bars floating over their heads. This is something new in this mazzle and I would just like to turn it off. Thanks

LOL thanks, I fig it out after messing around with stuff. One more question. How do you leave party and make someone leader, ect, everytime i click on it i either buff myself or them. LOL
