Req: Priest Addon Idea (Altar_Boy)

Hello:
I recently started to play a priest for the horde, as such when I am in groups I only use a very few spells while in combat. Mainly Shield, Renew, Pain. (and sometimes Flash). I would want this to be togglable so I can utilize my f1-f6 and then revert them back to normal if I want them that way.
What I would like to do is be able to use my f1-f6 (f6 being a targetted player outside of group) keys to cycle through those spells while targetting the corresponding player and /assisting them on their targets. I know CastAway does this somewhat but I would also like to add BuffAhoy (for the Targetting) and the BestBuff (just in case outside party member isn't around my level)
Here is a kinda of general idea of what I am looking for:
On First press of f2 it targets player 2, cast shield, assist that player
(so if I want I can cast pain)
On Second Press of f2 it cast Renew, again assist player
On Third press of f2 it cast Flash heal, again Assisting player
