For some odd reason only 3 quests at a time show in the quest watch list

I'm not sure when this started happening but I noticed it maybe a day or two ago. When I open my full list of quests everything is checked on but the quest watch list on the right side will only show three quests at a time. If I have three completed quests then that's all I get but if I'm close to where another quest is then it bumps on off for that quest. Everything does show on the Carbonite map, it's just the list that is acting weird. I also tried deleting the Carbonite folders and downloading the current version's folders but it's still doing the 3 quest thing. Is this happening to anyone else and is it something I can fix myself?

There's a slider in the options that lets you set how many quests to show at a time. Right click the left button on the quest tracker toolbar and you should see the menu.
