Number Hotkeys not working?

I love the Bibmod and everything it lets me do, but for this installation I noticed that the numbers on action bar #1 weere missing, and pressing the buttons no longer activates that action. The "-" key and "=" key both still work, and their symbols appear over the appropriate icons.

Is this a bug, or did I mess something up?

Well, I'm an idiot. I don't think bibmod had anything to do with it... I think another mod did it. But all it did was set the number keys to something else in the keybindings. I went in and fixed the keybindings... it works now. Sorry about that.
