Modification to track contribution to a raid party.

Hi guys,
After many many a random party at 60, raids can be either really really good, or terribly bad. during a few of these horrid raids, i came upon the following idea.

a full mod system & website that lets you vote positivley or negativley on peoples contributions to a raid, which in turn are uploaded to a website for all to see.

basic rundown of how i forsee some of the functionality working.

The raid leader or party leader starts the raid tracking on the mod, after, for example your raid kills Darkmaster Gandling, and the raid is complete, the Leader opens up the vote for the members in the raid, at this point all the members can now individually tick how they felt the other members of the party contributed in different facors positivley and negativley, when the votes are complete the leader completes the vote window and the results go into a store on a persons HDD. these stats can then be uploaded to a website where a database of all the contributers of the raid are listed of not just people with the addon, but for people that dont have it too. duplicate results could be taken out of the equasion by an ID stored with the vote so things dont go wrong.

different voting options could be for example, greedy, demanding, ninja looter, efficient, professional, great leadership, experienced etc etc

you can now sort of imagine overtime how these results would tally and build up a portfolio of how people have played.

server lists of people that raid, bad players would not get parties and would force them to either stop being rubbish and selfish and either improve or stop playing, and would be a great resource to the good players that need trustworthy reliable people to party with.

it could maybe go further to even download data from the website - profiles of players with a simple red or green name thing for when you are forming a raid, if a person is invited with bad standing then they are displayed as so on the mod menu, if they are good they will be green if there isnt enough data to display about the character then they could be a different colour.

I am a multimedia designer quite capable of designing the website and the display of the data,

for the project somone well versed in PHP and db managment and some modders to make the actual collection mod that would interface with the website would be great. .
