New here,need some help

I am going to start playing WoW again,and i've not kept up with the mods,so I need to know which Mod/s are used to make the interface look like this.Moo,I really like how the charector HP bar thing is and the time bar/latency/xp bar up top,I plan on being a warrior and I noticed that the screenshot is of a preist player,so don't include any possible class specific mods.Thanks in advance! thats alot of different mods on there. not sure what all of them are honestly.

I know I see bibtoolbars and perl unit frames.

"waits patiently",No rush really,i've got a few weeks before I start playing again.I need a pc case so I can assemble my new pc which I am very excited about.I just want to be ready for when I get back in game .
