voice mod

Need some assist on making my voice mod,
which is simple addon with parser playing sound on specific
found commands. Im now using the basic
code of the addon chatsound, that I found.
Im totaly new on this indepth lua coding and hope some
can make this with me.
For u might be very plain but here goes,
to this addon Id like two keybindible buttons for turnin it on/off
and one bringing up a new window using parchament background
with info. On this window prefible Id like to use mouseover function
on each command that execute it for ex, this line below
shown in that window
!choch = plays forest chocholate frase
and when I move mouseover !choch it can be linke down to current
selected and activated chat just inserting it.
