Whisper Mod

If anyone wants to tackle this or know of a mod doing this, feel free to post:

The game is lacking in privacy functions. Compared to the previous Blizzard Games (specifically Diablo II) WoW has no privacy. There was a series of commands where you could ignore any whispers and/or chat from anyone not on your friends list. Basically what I'm suggesting/looking for is a mod that ignores whispers from anyone not in your guild/friends list, without the need to add them to your ignore list.

Hm.
I don't know of any mods that *do* this, but it wouldn't be all that hard to do, most likely. But before I volunteer to take it on, anyone know of one?
