Troubles with combobox

I'm having troubles dynamically adding to the combo box? Is there a way to do this?

My code shouldn't do anything with the combobox if you don't populate the Items property. Therefore you should be able to treat it like a normal dropdownlist and use functions like UIDropDownMenu_Initialize to populate the list.
