Achievements you can do in the zone you are

i don't know if an addon like this exists, but if it does, i'm unable to find it.
I look for an addon which displays the achievements you can complete in the zone where you are, i.e.: I enter BT and after the loading screen a frame pops in my screen with something like: "The Black Temple: Defeat Illidan Stormrage in The Black Temple."
Cheking first if i already did that achievement or not, i guess it would be great for those who like the Achievement system
