Simple Buff Frames

I'm looking for a simple mod that will allow me maneuver the buff frames.

I use buffalo, but it seems it is not being updated. The tooltips show up right on top of the buff icon, and it's highly annoying.

The ideal mod would allow me to:
Move
Scale
Format the time remaining
Adjust the number of rows/columns

Any ideas? Thanks.

If you only wanted the move/scale options, I'd suggest MoveAnthing!, but to get what you're looking for is just going to be trial and error by going through the buff mods in the addon directory.

Although these are bars and not icons they're very nice.. and simple, obviously.
