Click-casting with keys

Hello,

what I would like to do is to assign keys in a way that they act like additional mousebuttons for click-casting.

To cast a spell, I would like to move my cursor over a unit/frame and press a key. The key has a fixed spell assigned to it which is cast to the unit/frame under the mouse cursor without actually targeting that unit/frame. This reduces casting to one action instead of two as it is in the standard interface (target+spell activation). Is this possible, also with regard to the changes in BC?
