How do I fix this?

You may want to check the folder structure.
Should be:
Interface
Addons
(ALL addons listed here - not FuBar - subfolders.)

You may want to try updating FuBar. Sometimes when the authors update a mod they accidentally break something, realize their mistake and then upload a new fixed version.
