Show Quest Givers not working?!!!

Ok,
so i updated the new carbonite to the latest 4.030108 and when I click on the "?" guide button, and select quest givers, it still doesnt show the quest givers? Anyone else have that issue?

Help! Cause with the terrain such a mess, it's really hard to see where the quests are.

Quest givers will not show until data has been collected again.
