LUA GUI Options

Hey all,

I'm trying to write up an options gui to be found within the blizzard interface/addons menu. Most of the addons that I use have done so using both lua and xml. I'd like to avoid the xml as I'm not very clear on it.

Does anyone know of a good lua tutorial for adding your addon to the interface options tab, or, at the very least, know of a good addon i might be able to study that does so?
