Carbonite and Achievements-Error

I keep getting an Error message when I click on the quest watch list to look at the Achievements which are shown in that list.

Is Carbonite able to track Achievements as well as tracking quests?

And, what about tracking Guild Achievements?

technically, they are not quest, as they track items made, collected, or earned. No specific points on the map, as in questing. It would be nice, if clicking on the achievement opened it in the achievement list.
