Addon that remember where gathering (mining) nodes were?

I saw an add-on recently here (I think it was on the recently updated list in the past week or so) that kept track of where you had found harvestable items (mining, herbs, etc) in the past and displayed them on one of the maps. I can't seem to find it now though. Anyone know which add-on this might be?

Perhaps Gatherer, Cartographer, Gathermate ?

Cartographer has lost support by the addon developer. Don't expect it to be fully functional.
