Unknown interface addon.

hi all. before 3-6 months i haved one addon. That addon changed interface of "Spell book" , Character menu, talents, and skill bar. But i dont know hes name, please help me.
I mean that "black glow" efect / background behind skills, spellbok and character menu. I dont know how to call it, i mean that that is interface addon.

(i know that in description of addon was typed that that is special addon what totaly changing user's interface, mean skill bar, spell book, character menu, talents menu and etc.)

yes, look at that addon, but its not that addon. how u can see, that addon have "black glass" efect at skill bar, talent bar and etc.

lols anyone else notice the oddities in the screen shots seems to be playing on a private server.
