Buff Timer warning.

There is probably a mod for this but with so many sites and forums I thought I would just post here.

Is there a mod or script I could use to notify me on my screen when my self buffs are about to fade. e.g Mage Intellect and frost armor.

I would like a warning about 1 min before hand so I can recast before initiating a new battle. Yes I know I have the timer countdown from the UI but sometimes I forget to look in the section of the screen and a visible or even audible warning would be mega helpful.

It could even autorecast as an option but this could be frustrating if you were tradeskilling etc.

While I can not say for sure at this point whether there is a stand alone that will do this for you, I do know that there is an option under the CTMod that will send a message to your main chat window telling you when a buff is about to wear off.
