Which addon is this?

the one just under the raid frame, it has all the skills going down a bar, showing their cooldown.

Just fyi - SBF does not have a cooldown bar - it's just for buffs/debuffs.

That looks like SexyCooldown, but since it's not in the list I'm gonna say it's the cd timer for ForteXorcist.

The sure-fire way to tell it's not SexyCooldown is to look at the bar and notice: The bar changes colors between the icons! If you can do this with SexyCooldown, please let me know because I haven't been able to figure it out.

I have the transparency set all the way on mine, so color is not something I would notice.

Bartender (or Dominos for the more up to date version) allows the bars to be moved there and customized with many options,

OmniCC gives the cooldown on the abilities and shades out ones that aren't ready or aren't within range.
