WTA what AddOn that reminds you if your Bloodsurge is active so I can Slam instantly?

I'm wondering if there's any AddOn that's able to do that.
Because I always miss the chance although with default UI when Bloodsurge becomes active, this text <Slam!> will pop out.

So if there's one out there that can do this, I'll appreciate that if somebody can tell me.

GoodNewsEveryone is a lightweight mod that lets you know when it procs and how many seconds you have. You can also adjust font size to suit your personal needs.

There's also GupSlamAlert.

I use Alert. It is lightweight, has all the important reactive spells for all classes and you can add custom procs to it.

Seconded... And "this is a very simple addon which..." in the info page. Been wayyy too many of those in the last couple of weeks.

Over on curse, there's SlamAlert which is what I used for ages (and have pulled its sound file out to use with power auras).
