Looking to hire someone to help create interface

Hey all,

I'm looking for assisstance in editing TukUI to my needs. I am no programmer myself and don't want to spend time doing this when I could be ingame so am looking for someone to do the work for me pretty much lol.

To give you an idea of what I'm aiming for please see attached image. It's not perfect as I made it from a screenshot using microsoft paint but it gives you an idea.
