Titan panel reseting

hi

my titan panel /plug in,s well i have them all lay out nicley but if i portal , hs , log to alt so on

it reset it self cant save name doent work also only one that keeps is my rogue profile but dont want to

keeping on clicking on that it not saving /keeping it possition on the plug in like friends ,guild bug stack so on.

any help here please .
