I saw this on the WoW site and just wanted to cry at the thought that someone loves this game so much that they had to emulate it on their computer, someone is addicted.

Well for me its not about loving the game so much that i will, I am just driven to modify the UI, i was the same way in EQ. Its something i feel compelled to do.

those people that use the phrase "If it aint broke, don't mess with it" have never made an AddOn, and as a result don't understand the sheer happiness derived from having people use and enjoy something you consider a labor of love.

I agree 100% bel. Its nothing like to see that KCET has done so well in such a short amount of time. Its pretty cool if you ask me. I do this because I'm compelled to create. However I do this Its for that reason.

I may have never made an addon for WoW, but I do know decent VB coding, so I know that feeling. There really is nothing like opening up a program you made yourself and having it work just like you invisioned it to, and knowing that if something is broken, you have the power to go back and fix it.

I tried this out and its pretty neat and all but I couldn't keep it on. Was just too different. Now there was a mod like this that put ivy all over the place a long time ago when winxp was new that I had that I loved but alas I can't find it anymore. I'll give your hearts desire to any who can find this for me! (as long as your hearts desire is me telling you "woot, thanks")

I thought it was pretty cool, the new colors and the icons looking different, and i was getting tired of the old icons and blue and green colors, so the black and darker colors were nice, but im not sure if im allowed to change the background ><

You should be able to change the background just fine. When I installed it the other day to try it out I didn't bother installing the background myself.

ya , my background is now a big metalic yin/yang so yes you can change em.
