Looking for an add on

This is going to be hard to explain I think. But I'll give it a try. I'm looking for a mod that will be able to reposition the, I guess you could call it a tag or the target menu. When ever you cursor over something it pops up a "menu" in the bottom right corner. I'd like to move it to a different spot. It's always in the way where it is. most people use that corner for buttons so I'm hoping that there is one out there. Please help me out if you know of one. If anything let me know if its possible to move or if anything at least be hooked to the cursor or something. Thanks for the help.
