sFilger resets

Trying to configure a new ui of my liking and while doing so, I ran into a problem with the addon "sFilger"...

What I want the addon to appear when finished:

What the addon continues to do is to reset its position everytime I reset the UI, Log out, or do whatever saving I make....

Have you left config = true on?
Do you have Windows 7? If yes, run wow as Administrator.

leaving config=true just shows about 19 timer bars.
