I'm off to a music festival this weekend. So no doubt as soon as I do leave for the festival the beta will start working, and to top it off it's look like the worst weather of the summer so far

Already done! I posted in the "normal" (live) Forums (no response yet) and sent an email via the support website including tracert info. And I posted on Blizzards Facebook wall: "Please fix the Beta login servers!"

But more is better and it get's fixed faster!?

Got reply from TechSupport. I checked everything (realmlist.wtf, client version, dns cache deleted, no proxy...) and sent them another tracert to eu.logon.battle.net. Hope that helps to fix it. :/

That is to be expected as Blizzards network blocks ICMP packets. The route from your computer to the Blizzard network is the part they would be interested in anyway.

I'm getting the problem too, I still have SC2 while they're fixing it.

I've migrated one premade char, and my main one, and they don't seem to appear on the beta forums (so I can't post), does anyone got the same problem ?

It doesn't matter if I enter a wrong password. I always get the same response. Login Server Busy. Also, I can tracert the Login server without any problem.

This has to be a problem with all the recent keys they delivered. For some strange unkown reason.

Yes. I have copied characters, and it claims "success" but when I go back to the character copy screen some time later, it's back to 5 copies remaining, as if nothing happened.

No reply from the techs I e-mailed, as of yet. I also e-mailed the PR dept that gave me the press key figuring they might be able to tell me if the technical staff are working on it at the moment or provide me with acknowledgement of the problem. I've not heard anything from Blizzard yet concerning this. If I do hear from anyone I will, of course, share the info without delay

Also, on a slightly related note how much disk space is the beta using for everyone else? I'm at approximately 36 gigabytes of space used at the moment. While a few gigabytes of it is patch executables the majority of it is in the "Data" directory where there's a MPQ file for each patch (1-6) in addition to the normal WoW ones. I figure there's a lot of duplicate data amongst the various patch MPQs.

It's a little odd that our numbers are different. The only things I've changed are configuration files in attempts to get it working and since changed them back. Unless the difference is in our language data. I'm using enGB, are you using another one?

I can't compare the size, I have already touched a few things (not so many but a few)
