Hi all

I was in a raid the otherday and the RL klept whisp me with what i thought was rubbish about my dps ect.... untill i read closer and it told me i was not using the highest level rank for that spell each time u used a spell with a lower rank than what i have available it whisp me with that information

does anyone no the name of this mod pls
