Low Resource Informant

I use the Auctioneer pack (containing Enchantrix, Auctioneer, and Informant), but only have use for Informant. Since the pack is modular, I've disabled the other two memory hogs, but Informant is still running with its dependencies with no problems (EnhTooltip and Stubby). The problem with this is that it's currently using more memory than I would like and I want to know if anyone has any low resource alternatives.
I've looked all over the intarwebs (wowace.com, ui.worldofwar.net, curse-gaming, here, etc.) and would like to know if I've missed something in the process.

Informant stores data on items and quests. about 1meg worth. unfortunately its the nature of that type of mod. I'm not sure of alternatives, but it probably won't get much better

Is there any way I can eliminate the use of EnhTooltip and Stubby while retaining informant's basic parts?
