Really want to know these addons

As the title says i would love to know what addons are used in this screenshot.

Especially the black skinning around everything!

Maybe even the font if you guys are wizards!

The font looks like handel gothic or Domyouji or sony sketch but if you look closer its a different font. The other addons I don't know.
