DK Rune watch addon

Hi there, i've seen some of the Rune watch addons on wowinterface.com but none are really what im looking for. I'm looking for something very simple that shows timers of runes in a simple color system, that is scalable and moveable (and lockable

)

Attached is something i threw together quickly.

Any help would be appreciated
