Hated wow layout of the ui from the start.

Could someone tell me of a custom ui that lets me:
Move ALL windows (character, target, group, hotbars etc) as I like them.
Anything else the ui can do is just a bonus.

Which custom ui do I get?

Character portrait in the top left - not movable - designer who did that should be shot.
