When you enter the code on the b.net site, it gives you all the information you need to download.

Your Beta Key will be shown under your tracking number on the sign up confirmation page as we receive keys from Blizzard so please check back often! We will post news on our community page regarding what range of tracking ID's have been assigned keys. You will not be contacted when your key is assigned.

No, click the 'sign up' again and thats where you get the beta key you enter in your bnet

Cairenn, there are a whole lot of new addons suddenly being uploaded. I'm hoping that people aren't trying to abuse the system. I don't want to sound mean or rude; but it would be unfair for the people that have been around for quite some time. I was just hoping you noticed the sudden increase of newly uploaded (single) addons, and that your taking that into consideration.
