Charm/Raid Icons Missing

These icons are missing (skull, x, square etc) when Iam in a party and i cant see the mark of my current target. The charm icons only show up when Iam raid/party leader so I can mark them. I do not want to re-mazzify because after 2.4 I spent alot of time changing things to my liking and mazzifying will just change them back. What is the exact DUF setting to show these icons? Is it race or rank icons in DUF? If anyone has the same icons missing or knows a fix, please post. Thanks so much!
