"Mazzle Core" question.

If there happens to be a person to get Mazzleui back up and running, I'd like to request something in advance.

I was curious, how much trouble would it be to have '2' Mazzle Core downloads? More specifically, one core that will only do the 'look 'n feel' mazzification, and then one that has the action bars and everything else packaged in. I think down the road on patch days this would make life much easier on those who attempt to make fixes, and there would still be a version that could get minor tweaks in order to get back on track.

This thread isn't to debate or ask what mods should or should not be used, I'm only interested in the opinion of whether or not this would be more beneficial in the long run.
