Help remove a bar

I have a spell bar I want to get rid of, in the screen shot you can see the bar I want removed. Its only there if I place an item/spell there or if im attempting to place items/spells in other actions bars.



Here is a screen shot when im not attempting to move items/spells. This is how I always want it. The problem is I want to have action bar 5/6 in that spot, but its to hard to place items in the bar becuase that other bar shows up when I try.

Looks like either something like Telo's Sidebar or the Blizzard UI bars are there. You don't have Sidebar installed or the Blizzard UI bars on, do you?

Oops! It was blizzrds UI, thought I already turned that off. Thanks!
