track others' dots

Hi,
Ok, I use chronometer to track all my spells, but would like something to track others spells. Is there anything that keeps track of anything friendly in range? Maybe just from using the combat log? It would be nice to know when banish/poly/shackle are wearing off a target while I'm tanking, OR when a dot is wearing off a mob so I can sheep it without breaking right away on my mage!
I've tried spell tracker, dotdotdot, spell watch, do timer, and a few others, but none do what I need, or they are just rediculous to configure. heh

I'll assume your a mage, I am too. I use Elk's Buff Bars.

I set up this macro for my sheep

#Showtooltip Polymorph

/focus [target=focus, noexists] [target=focus, dead] [target=focus, help]

/stopmacro [target=focus, noexists]

/stopcasting

/cast [target=focus] Polymorph

/p !--==Sheeping %f==--!

And i make Elk's Buff bars keep track of my focus's Buff's and debuffs.
So i can see how long is left on sheep and anything else that is on my focus.

The macro does not break target when cast, it auto targets your focus while keeping current target(if not focus)

I can't find it ATM, but I used to use Natur Enemy Castbars - you can get it to show all friendly targets' Debuffs - also shows Cooldowns of Target/Friends/Your Own.
