IRC/IM Chat Relay

Looking for a addon that will take tells and or guild messages and relay them from in game to either IRC or an IM client. Does anything exist out there yet? If not... anyone willing to work on something like this?

It is not possible.

A lot of people have been wanting this, but it's not doable with the way the client saves data at the moment.
