Debuff/DoT Fade Warning

I'm looking for an Addon that gives me an alert (text in the middle of the screen) when one of my dots fades on one of my targets. If its configurable to where it only alerts me when certain dots or debuffs of mine fade that would be even better! If anyone knows of one, that'd be great!
