You didn't offend anyone, we just typically remove multiple posts of the same thing by the same person. Also, don't confuse WoWI with Carbonite. We (specifically I, an admin of WoWI) removed the duplicate posts, not the Carbonite guys.

And I will occasionally remove a thread if the poster says never mind and there is no helpful information in the thread. Less clutter that others have to read through.
