What exactly is this part of Elvui?

I'm am trying to figure out which files/folders/addon is keeping track of the information on the bottom of the scree (marked by the green arrows).

This is not my Ui. It is just an img i found by searching Elvui via google.

If anyone has any advice it would be more than grateful.

it looks like tukui's info bars. You can get kind of the same look with a LDB (Library Data Broker) Addon and some plugins for the LDB

The areas you pointed out are called 'Data Texts' They can be found within the World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\ElvUI\modules\datatexts folder. They are actually a part of the originial TukUI UI which has its own website and shares one with ElvUI, which is found at the link below:
