Quest obtained on Wyrmscar Island from Captain Edward Hanes. He wants you to kill ghosts until you obtain 4 drops.

Carbonite only shows two small spots where a tiny number of slow-respawning ghosts appear, but does not report the area where 13209487 ghosts wander. Please add the area at coordinates (88.0, 21.5) as a location for killing mobs.
