Split map view(s)

I'm not sure why, but both the minimap and full map go back and forth between showing a full map screen and partial map screen. It kind of looks like:

The primary difference between the two views (** vs xx) is either zoom or resolution, I'm not really sure. I do know it bothers me.

Is there a setting I need to change or is Carbonite limited to square views?




Note: Carbonite duplicates features found in Chinchilla and Minimap Button Frame. I removed these addons to limit conflicts while testing Carbonite. Thought they should be added to the lists.

Played around with the minimap and carbonite options....

I think the problem stems from overlaying the minimap with carbonite's map - like the zoom isn't the same, so the display looks weird.

Any ideas on how to set it so there is just one unified map?

Found the solution. Posted for any other new users.

1) right click on the minimap
2) select minimap from the drop down menu
3) de-select the "fullscreen" option

The "Full Size" option is off by default. Yours may have turned on when you entered an instance? There is a "Minimap toggles full size for instances" option on the Map Minimap options page, which is also off by default.

A keybinding can also be set to toggle it.
