Main Assist Mod

I'm not greatest with programming and want to create a mod for assisting. I remember one like this ages ago but I don't remember the name of it.

Something simple like

/assist [Main Tank]

Main Tank = Alt + left click Target

Then a way to bind it to any key or the F key specifically =P

Assist helper does this

I bind select maintank to SHIFT + F and assist main tank to F
